In July 1998, I formed a strategic alliance with another excellent coach and started a new corporation named Coach Squared, C2 We focus on the Fortune Five Hundred Corporations and design programs to meet their needs.
My clients are Business Owners/Entrepreneurs, CEO's, Professionals, i.e., Medical and Dental Practices, Sales & Marketing, etc. Also, people in Transition, wanting to start a new business, or a Coaching practice. What I do best is assist my clients in obtaining a bigger, better, happier, healthier, and wealthier tomorrow, today!

Drawing from my 20 years of experience as a Hospital Administrator and Corporate Officer positions with Medical Corporations, I assist both the Medical and Dental Practices to increase their census, recruit the top professionals, and develop systems so they can move toward higher Profitability and do it all effortlessly.
Mentoring/Transition:
I support the new Business Owner, and the new Coach who wants to develop a successful Business Practice through a 10 step program which defines the business they are in, vision, budget, etc.

Great Sales folks understand how to close, etc. My Coaching is about the inner self. Are you ready for an "out of the box experience"? I will be focusing on Attraction vs. Promotion. Introducing Dr. David Bohm's advanced work on Dialogue and practicing the Principles of Aikido, i.e., Centering, Grounding, Blending, and the "Gift." Powerful tools to understand and accept, conflict, rejection, and other pressures of Sales and Marketing.
I come from a strong position of integrity. It is important for me to share with my clients my objective observations without attachment to outcome and/or judging them (straight talk).
Twenty years of experience in Hospital Administration, Five as a CEO of Specialty Hospitals. Six years as a Financial Analyst specializing in Estate Planning and investment strategies. And a full time Coaching Practice since 1994.
I hold degrees in Business, Marketing & Sales, Psychology, and a
Master's in Human Relations.
